To cancel your Personal Plans coverage, please contact us by email or by phone to speak with a Customer Solutions Specialist. We are available Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. CST for your convenience. If the reason for cancelling your Personal Plans coverage is because you have left employment with your church or organization, you may still have the option of keeping your coverage active for a certain period of time under continuation.
