Are all employees at a Personal Plans employer required to have the same health plan and amount of health coverage?

Personal Plans employees may choose any GuideStone plan and any amount of coverage.

If the employer pays all or part of the cost of employees' coverage, the employer may limit the plan options available to the employee.
