How do I send an encrypted message to Group Plans?

You can contact your support group and request an encrypted email to reply to. Once you receive the encrypted email, you must click "Read the message" to enter into the encryption service before replying or attaching documents. 

Please keep in mind that any emails sent via your employer’s own encryption service may be unviewable by our processing team. If you need further assistance or have additional questions about utilizing our encrypted email service, please contact us.
