Can employees call the Employee Assistance Program — Work/Life Balance services more than once?

Yes. You and your immediate family members can call the service as often as you wish for information and referrals. You can also call to discuss current arrangements, concerns regarding day-to-day issues and problems balancing the demands of work against those of a personal nature.

The Employee Assistance Program — Work/Life Balance services provided by HealthAdvocate — are available with Unum’s long-term disability insurance purchased through GuideStone®.
