For medical products, your coverage will begin on the date your Evidence of Good Health Application is approved. If you wish, you may delay your effective date for up to 60 days.
For life and disability products, your coverage will start on the day your application is approved. When approved, you will be notified in writing so you will have record of the date your coverage begins for each product.
For accident and dental, your coverage will start on the day we receive your application to process unless you request a later date.
