Am I automatically covered after my Evidence of Good Health Application for Personal Plans coverage is submitted?


Submitting an application does not guarantee coverage for you and your dependents. Our underwriters must review your application to determine if coverage will be offered, and you will then be notified about your enrollment decision in writing. If you are declined for coverage, your dependents may not be able to have coverage either. Alternatively, you and some dependents may be approved while other dependents may be declined.
