My GuideStone account is in my name. Does that mean I am entitled to the entire account after divorce?

Not necessarily. In most states, the judge has the right to award all or part of the account to either spouse, just as the judge can award all or part of the assets to either spouse. Therefore, it is very important for you to tell your attorney about the value of your plan account so that it can be mentioned in the divorce decree.
