How can my employee(s) get an ID card for their Group Plans coverage for an appointment or prescription pick-up?

Your employees will be provided physical medical ID cards, which will also be available virtually. Physical ID cards will be mailed generally within 10 business days after their medical enrollment. If your employees are enrolled in dental or vision coverage, their dental and/or vision ID cards will only be available virtually.

Each primary participant can access virtual ID Cards by logging into their MyGuideStone account and clicking our vendor links. They need to create an account on the appropriate vendor sites if they are a new participant.
