How do I apply for retirement income?

To start your retirement income, you must complete a Retirement Income Application and return the application to GuideStone. You can obtain a paper or PDF version of this application by contacting us directly.

You can also apply for retirement income through your MyGuideStone® account using the Retirement Income Estimate (RIE) tool. To access the tool, log in to MyGuideStone® and follow the steps below:

1. Select the Retirement and Investments tab.

2. Click on Estimate and Reply for Retirement Income under the Loans and Withdrawals tab, and use the tool to follow the steps. 

3. Once you have decided on your retirement income option and payment, click on "Select" and follow the steps to complete the application.

Once you have finished, you can choose to print your application or have it mailed to you. You will need to provide your signature on the form before returning to GuideStone. Please ensure that the spousal consent and employer verification sections are completed (if required). An electronic signature is permissible for the Employer Verification section.

Return the completed application to GuideStone according to the instructions provided. You can also email or fax the completed application to us.

Once we receive and finish processing your application, we will send you a letter confirming your retirement income payment and effective date. Retirement income payments are made at the end of the month.
