How do I adjust employees’ salaries for Group Plans?

If you are a verified Group Plans administrator, you may log into the Employer Access Program and adjust your employees’ salary amounts by clicking the "Update Salaries" quick link on the homepage. Please round up to the nearest whole dollar when updating salaries as salaries must be entered in whole dollar amounts.

Remember, we are unable to backdate salary changes. They must be effective immediately or at a set future date. If you need further assistance, please contact us.
