When will I get a tax form from GuideStone?

All participants who receive a distribution from their Employer-Sponsored Retirement Plans, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA) or investment accounts, or maintained insurance coverage through GuideStone, will receive a tax form for the applicable year in which the distribution was received or coverage was held.

As applicable, tax forms will be mailed to you at the address you have listed with GuideStone according to the delivery schedule in the table below.
