Maximum out-of-pocket (MOOP)

The maximum out-of-pocket limit includes the deductible, co-pays and co-insurance for eligible, in-network services. After the individual or family amount has been satisfied, the health plan covers all eligible, in-network health care expenses, including co-pays, for the rest of the plan year.
