If you are enrolled in a Highmark BCBS plan, Experian IdentityWorks is provided to members who are victims of identity theft. Enrollment is required. Members must provide their personal information to enroll online or via phone. Please follow the steps below:
Visit the Experian IdentityWorks website to enroll: ExperianIDWorks.com/Highmark.
Click “submit” and enter Activation Code: HIGHMARK23
Complete the enrollment process.

Provide the engagement number B019828.
Please note that you will receive an email at the end of the year requesting you to confirm the continuation of identity theft services.
