Can either of us withdraw any of the accumulations from the plan account while the divorce is pending?

Withdrawal rights are determined by the plan. If the plan permits the participant to make a withdrawal, GuideStone will process the participant’s withdrawal with the spouse’s consent, if required by the plan and procedures established by GuideStone. The spouse cannot make a withdrawal until a separate account has been established for the spouse pursuant to a signed QDRO.
