You can check your current account balance and view our interactive balance history screen at anytime by logging in to your online MyGuideStone® account. If you have not yet created a MyGuideStone® account, take a look at our FAQ for registering for an online account.
You can receive email reminders to check your account balance. Simply log on to your MyGuideStone® account, and under My Profile check the Account Balance Reminder box and then select your preference for receiving weekly or monthly emails. For the security of your account balance information we do not email account balances.
You can also hear your balance through our automated phone system by calling our Retirement and Investments line. Please contact us and follow the prompts to enter your PIN and listen to a message containing your total portfolio balance. If you do not have an existing four digit Phone System PIN you can create one by logging on to your MyGuideStone account. From the MyGuideStone dashboard, click on My Profile > Account Security to create your phone system PIN.
