How do I change the bank account for my monthly loan payment?

You can update your loan bank information via your MyGuideStone® account. 

Within the “Retirement & Investments” top menu bar, click on Loans in the “Loans & Withdrawals” section.

  1. From here, select "Change Bank". 
  2. Select from an existing bank or add a new bank.
  3. Once the existing account is selected or new bank information is added and selected, finalize the change in the confirmation screen by clicking "Submit".
